1. Informational Showcase Website
Welcome to the official website of Fashionworld NX. This website is provided solely as an informational showcase to introduce our wholesale and manufacturing clothing supply business, display our product lines and catalogues, provide our Giridih trade location, and allow businesses to submit sourcing inquiries.
This website is NOT an online retail shopping cart platform. We do not conduct automated retail checkout or take consumer delivery orders online. All trade transactions, bulk agreements, and order coordination are handled directly through our trade desk in Giridih.
2. Product Presentation & Images
All photographs, visual graphics, color palettes, and descriptions shown on this website are intended for visual presentation and illustrative inspiration only.
- Textiles, sarees, suits, and fabrics may present slight variations in color tone due to photography lighting and device screen calibration.
- We welcome retailers and buyers to visit our Giridih sourcing desk to examine fabric quality, feel textures, and review catalogues in person.
3. Stock & Bulk Supply Availability
Because our apparel collections and fabric supplies are continually refreshed to meet high market turnover and seasonal demand, item availability is subject to active trade orders.
Display of a design or category on this website does not guarantee that the exact lot is available at any specific moment. Buyers are encouraged to connect via WhatsApp or phone to confirm current stock availability.
4. Wholesale Pricing & Trade Terms
Wholesale pricing is determined by order volume, fabric specifications, and seasonal market rates. Trade quotations, order minimums, and dispatch terms are shared directly through our sourcing desk via WhatsApp, phone, or in-person consultation in Giridih.
5. Intellectual Property
The name "Fashionworld NX", our logo, branding, graphics, and textual content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
6. Changes to Terms
Fashionworld NX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
